Read below to see how we can turn your ordinary pictures and words into beautiful jewelry, pendants, tags, and zippos and create a keepsake that will last forever. Don't mistake this for products where a picture is applied to a dogtag, this can not peel off or rub off. It is permantly imprinted into the metal by a diamond head needle.

STEP ONE:
You will need to choose your pendant and process your order all the way through. Once you have processed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an order number on it, keep this information handy you will need it when you send us your picture via email.
STEP TWO:
You will need to pick out a picture to email us that you are wanting engraved onto the pendant. Now you will email your picture to memories@reddirtnovelty.com with your confirmation/order number and FULL name in the email "Subject Line". PLEASE don't forget to email us exactly what you want written on your pendant, if you decide to add words. Remember the words on the front are included in the price with the picture but any additional words on the back are extra.
Our technicians will then digitally enhance your picture, to ensure the best possible result. We will then work your picture by cutting the background, cropping it (so it fits perfectly on the item you have chosen); play with contrasts and many other variables, in order to reach the best engraved render possible.
We know the precise depth needed in correlation with the type of metal surface we are working on. We guarantee you the best result possible and most important of all, our engravings will not fade away.
STEP THREE:
Your prepared picture will now be transformed by our special art engraving software, using a high definition gray scale, and interpreting white by a deep point, gray by a softer one and black by no point at all. Your product now will be photo engraved by our diamond headed engraving machine.
FINAL STEP:
After being checked by our Quality Control team, your product will be carefully packaged and shipped out to you by USPS First Class Mail. Now just sit back and wait for your beautiful pendant to arrive. You will truly fall in love with your new keepsake and cherish it forever.
